Thomas Matthew Bair was born in New Mexico into a family of more than four generations of white-collar entrepreneurs. Having an engineering mindset and aptitude taught by blacksmith mechanics how to discern the specific engineer’s method and goal to a desired end. Tasked with repairing, reengineering and/or improving mechanical, electromechanical, hydro-mechanical, and computer interface systems analysis, design, and repair forces one to an extreme diversity of thought. Armed with this and more than 30 years experience lends the ability to converse on every level from corporate governance, manufacturing, to energy sector wide implementation.

The above experience has forced an ability to be a consummate professional manufacturing systems and procedures, expert systems repair and analysis, skilled hydrocarbon emissions mitigation and performance optimization, master of combustion catalysis implementation, authority GHG and CO2 reduction technology. To coin a phrase correctly, “Jack of all trades master of one”! The mastery is to see business from all sides. Inventor to global just in time logistics. Aside from the absolute novelty of this technology the goal is not to reinvent the wheel but readily available/use off-the-shelf products, techniques for rapid global utilization and truly all win products.
