Global GHG Emission Reduction Solution

Bair Research supports fossil fuel and hydrocarbon-dependent enterprises worldwide with our innovative CO2 and GHG emission reduction solution. Through advanced nanotechnology, we chemically reduce hydrocarbon consumption. Combined with our 30 years of research over four decades of expertise in mechanical systems analysis, failure analysis, repair, and re-engineering, we specialize in electromechanical systems, computer interface diagnosis, repair, and precision tool design and fabrication we provide unsurpassed service after the sale.

1. Is this an additive?

No, our technology is no more an additive than engine oil and is serviced at the engine oil drain intervals or interval multiples. Although, a consumable its maintenance is a fraction that of a common DPF system and will enhance all after treatment performance and reduce their maintenance requirements.

2. Does  the technology affect warranty?

No, the technology only improves engine condition, performance, longevity and enhances existing emissions control strategy effectiveness. In addition see the Magnuson Moss act. 1975

3.  What is your guarantee/warranty?

Lifetime. All delivery systems moving parts will be replaced free of charge providing customer continues to purchase catalyst commensurate with average fleet use. Dispensing hardware remains property of manufacturer and therefore only chemical supplied by manufacturer or designated dealer can be used.

4. Will this damage a diesel engine?

The nano catalyst will only improve engine and emissions controls condition, performance and reduce maintenance. This virtually miraculous benefit is achieved by a cleaner more thorough burn eliminating harmful deposits.

5. How long does it last?

System charges are tailored to oil drain intervals or multiples thereof in engine hours. If your machine recommends oil changes every 200 hours replenishment catalyst will be adjusted to 400 hour intervals. Delivery system has a re-settable hour meter for tracking service intervals or hours since charge/recharge.

6. How much does it cost?

Cost is based on fuel consumption per operating hour and heat value (diesel, natural gas, coal). Typically return on fuel savings alone >50% ROI

7. Why have I never heard of this before?

Cleaning the combustion of hydrocarbons has far-reaching positive effects. For decades engine manufacturers and oil companies actively sought to suppress this technology. Combustion emissions and arduous exhaust treatment has brought us to this point.  A point where planned obsolescence and antithesis to saving fuel is now secondary to the concerns about burning hydrocarbon-based fuels. Technology that’s time has finally arrived.

8. Does the chemicals passing through combustion produce any toxic byproducts?

No, the chemicals themselves are acidic and should be treated similar to dilute battery acid and can be disposed of along with anti-freeze/glycol. Byproducts through combustion are the catalysts in metallic form and are deemed non-toxic (well below title V regulations on power plant scale). After thousands of hours of testing no metals have been detected even in parts per billion. The fact that the process improves over time indicates a conversion from homogeneous catalysis to heterogeneous where microscopic nano layer of the catalyst is deposited on all metal surfaces. This layer catalyzes deposits and prevents future deposits from forming. In fact, a prominent European University discovered that the catalyst actually removed carcinogenic compounds from diesel exhaust emissions.
